FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Exact delivery times vary based on destination, but most deliveries are completed 2–5 business days after we receive an order. Any orders we receive before 4:00 PM CET (10:00 AM EST) on business days (except public holidays) will be shipped the same day.

We use USPS,  Singapore Post, China Post or Hongkong Post Worldwide Express as our logistics partners. When possible, orders are delivered to the address you provide on the shipping form during the checkout process. In the event an order is delivered to your local post office instead, you are responsible for claiming the package. If you fail to claim the package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the attendant shipping and administrative fees.

ORDER EDITS 

Please also note we are unable to change or edit any orders after 1 hour from when the order was placed.

GENERAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Due to the impact of COVID-19, our order processing and carriers’ transit times may take longer than specified. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your order out to you as fast as we can. Free Shipping and USPS First Class

• Delivery time: 7-14 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

USPS Priority

• Delivery time: 5-10 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

UPS Ground

• Delivery time: 3-7 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

UPS 2^nd Day Air

• All orders placed M-F before 12 P.M. PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will ship the next business day.

 Please note: Effective March, 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. Therefore, it may be 3-6 days for delivery. UPS 2^nd day shipping fees will NOT be refunded.

 *International Orders will take 7- 31 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The customer or recipient is responsible for all import taxes and fees.
